Katie Sager has dedicated the entirety of her legal career exclusively to marital and family law, estate and trust litigation, and guardianship administration and litigation. She has over a decade of experience representing clients in a variety of family and marital law matters, including, divorce, modification and enforcement of marital settlement agreements and parenting plans, establishment of timesharing and parenting plans, alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence, dependency defense, estate and trust litigation and guardianship litigation and administration. In addition to litigation, Katie also represents clients in appeals of their family or marital law final judgments and orders.
Katie also has experience serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in high-conflict family law litigation. A Guardian Ad Litem or “GAL” is a neutral third party appointed by the court to act as a next of friend of the child, investigator or evaluator, to advance the best interest of the child or children in a particular care and to make recommendations related thereto the Court.
