Brittney L. Blumengold-Lopez, Esq.Attorney
Brittney L. Blumengold-Lopez is an associate attorney with Hertz • Sager and is bilingual in English and in Spanish. She has been an active member of The Florida Bar since 2019 and she is admitted to practice in the US District Court of the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Blumengold-Lopez received her Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Florida International University in 2012 and her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2019, where she earned a Certificate in Criminal Litigation from St. Thomas University School of Law. Ms. Blumengold-Lopez received academic recognitions while in law school: CALI award of Excellence Book Award in Trial Advocacy Practice, Pro Bono Commendation for completing over 100 hours of free legal representation, and Dean's List. Ms. Blumengold-Lopez was Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and an active member of the Children & Family Law Society, Student Animal Defense Legal Fund, Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), and the Criminal Law Society while in law school.
