Alexander Gonzalez is an associate attorney with Hertz • Sager. He interned and clerked at Hertz • Sager as part of his legal training before becoming a lawyer. Mr. Gonzalez practices family law, with a concentration in complex marital and child-related matters. Mr. Gonzalez has experience representing clients in cases that involve the negotiation and drafting marital agreements and parenting plans, alimony and child support, parental responsibility, modification of alimony and child support, enforcement of settlement agreements, contempt, paternity, and probate and guardianship.
Mr. Gonzalez earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Mr. Gonzalez finished in the top of his class and graduated with the prestigious academic honor of Cum Laude. Mr. Gonzalez received the CALI award of Excellence Book Award in Criminal Law and Florida Bar Exam. Mr. Gonzalez was an active member of the NSU Law Review, Family Law Organization, Hispanic Student Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association, NSU chapter during law school.
Mr. Gonzalez is an active member of The Florida Bar.
